While we welcome walk-ins, we highly recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure you receive the best service at your preferred time.

Applying is super easy! You can complete your application online at your convenience. We give you several ways to apply online through our website. If you need any assistance along the way, just reach out!

Once you upload all the necessary information, we’ll work on your application quickly! Approval typically takes anywhere from just 24 -72 hours. We’ll keep you in the loop throughout the process!

We provide 12 month lease terms.

We’ve got several convenient payment options for you! You can pay your rent online, via WIPS, with a money order, or by check. Choose the method that works best for you! We do not accept cash.

Yes, renter's insurance is required. We offer a policy for $10.95 per month, but you can also provide your own policy that meets our requirements to avoid this charge.

Currently, all utilities are the resident's responsibility, so they’re not included in your rent.

To set up your utilities, please contact PG&E at 800-743-5000 for electricity and SoCal Gas at 800-427-2200 for gas services. Water and trash will be set up automatically once you move in.

Internet providers commonly used are Spectrum and AT&T.

Amenities

Our amenities include a BBQ lounge area for gatherings and an on-site laundry room for your convenience.

Parking is reserved exclusively for lease signers only in the community.

Pet Policy

Yes, we’re proud to be a pet-friendly community! Plus, the closest dog park is Sherwood Dog Park.

Maintenance

Yes, we do! Our on-site maintenance team is here to help with any issues that may arise.

For maintenance issues, please contact our after-hours maintenance team at (805) 239-0808 for emergencies.

You don’t need to be present if you give us permission to enter. Our team can complete your request during normal business hours.
